TERMS OF SERVICE (TOS)

These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern your purchase and participation in the 7-Day Mr. Thank You Money Challenge (the “Program”), operated by IFZA Property FZCO. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing, accessing, or participating in the Program, you (“User,” “You,” or “Participant”) agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.
1. Description of Services
The Program includes access to:
  • Private WhatsApp channel,
  • Daily audio lessons, checklists, tasks, and materials,
  • Guidance from “Mr. Thank You,”
  • —as described on the sales page .
We may update, enhance, or modify the Program at any time without notice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to enroll.
By purchasing, you confirm that you have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
3. Payment & Refund Policy
All payments are final and non-refundable.
Because the Program provides:
  • Immediate access to digital materials, and
  • A time-limited live experience,
the purchase is considered non-returnable.
You agree not to initiate a chargeback. Any attempted chargeback will be considered a breach of contract and subject to legal action.
4. Intellectual Property
All materials—videos, audio files, tasks, frameworks, methods, content strategy systems, and other program assets—are owned exclusively by the Company.
You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to access the Program.
You may not:
  • Share, copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute materials,
  • Upload them online or share them in any public or private group,
  • Use them to create derivative products, courses, or coaching materials.
Violation will result in immediate termination of access and legal liability.
5. Confidentiality & NDA
By enrolling, the Participant accepts the NDA Addendum incorporated into this Agreement.
The NDA applies to all confidential information disclosed in the Program, including strategies, systems, frameworks, business insights, internal discussions, and personal information of other participants.
6. Participant Responsibilities
You agree to:
  • Follow program instructions,
  • Respect all participants and the mentor,
  • Not attempt to obtain unauthorized access to systems or materials,
  • Not harass, threaten, or abuse anyone inside the Program.
We may remove anyone for misconduct without refund.
7. No Guarantee of Earnings
We do not guarantee:
  • Income,
  • Followers,
  • Visibility,
  • Sales,
  • Business outcomes.
Examples or testimonials represent individual success and are not typical.
Your results depend on your effort, skill, and market conditions.
8. Disclaimer
The Program is for educational purposes only.
We do not provide:
  • Legal advice,
  • Financial advice,
  • Tax advice,
  • Professional consulting.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by U.S. law:
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the Program.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
11. Updates
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Program indicates acceptance of updated Terms.
